Who trains you

Coaches.

Two coaches, one approach: technique first, intensity second. Nobody is pushed into anything they are not ready for.

How we coach

Boxing is a technical sport before it is a physical one. The order matters: first you learn to stand and move correctly, then you learn to hit hard.

Technique before intensity

It is easy to have someone hit a bag for forty minutes and leave sweating and satisfied. It is harder — and more useful — to stop them on the third punch and fix their shoulder. We do the second. Progress shows in month three, not session one.

Individual correction, even in a group

The group is mixed, but that does not mean you train alone. The coach comes round during bag work and corrects what needs correcting. Recurring problems get an exercise made just for you.

Sparring is controlled and optional

You are never required to spar. People who want to and have a base start gradually, at low intensity and supervised. The point is learning range and timing, not winning anything.

No toxic gym culture

Nobody shouts and nobody mocks beginners. Everyone in the room had a first session once. If you are 40 and have not trained in a decade, that is exactly who the mixed group is for.

Your first session is free.
