What we train
Boxing classes.
Two kinds of training, one sport. A mixed-level group and one-to-one sessions.
Boxing — mixed group
The main session at Combat Lab. Beginners and experienced boxers in the same room, with the work adapted to each person.
What a 90-minute session looks like
- Warm-up (15 min) — mobility, skipping, movement in guard.
- Technique (25 min) — one theme per session: jab, hook, uppercut, footwork, defence. Demonstrated, then drilled with a partner.
- Bag and pad work (30 min) — applying the technique. This is where it becomes clear whether it landed.
- Conditioning (15 min) — short, intense circuit.
- Stretching (5 min) — so you can come back next time.
Saturday (120 min) is the longest session: same structure, with more time on technique and optional controlled sparring.
Your first three months
Guard, footwork, the jab and cross, basic defence. Learning to stand correctly and not lose balance.
Hooks, uppercuts, two- and three-punch combinations. Linking punches to movement rather than throwing them standing still.
Longer combinations, counters, range work. From here, controlled sparring is an option if you want it.
One-to-one training
A private session with the coach. Full attention on your technique, your pace, and a plan built around your goal.
Worth it if you want to fix something specific, have a deadline, prefer not to start in a group, or your schedule does not fit the group times. Booked separately — message us.
Cardio Box
A fitness class built on boxing movement — not a boxing class. An hour to music, punches thrown in the air: no bag, no partner, no contact of any kind. Think Zumba or Pilates, with boxing as the movement. Sparring exists only in the "Boxing — mixed group" class, is optional there, and never happens in Cardio Box. 16 people max.
